I said I would give the reason for our quick trip home when I could.

Our daughter was booked in for a caesarian on the 5/8/19 for our second grandchild. During our first day out we received a phone call that she was experiencing pain and they may have to bring the birth forward. So it was back to a three day run so mum could be with her girl. Things had settled down a bit but they still bought the birth forward for mum’s and the bay’s health.

So on Wednesday she went in for the birth at 6pm and our new grandson was born at 6:25pm. Mum and son doing well but glad they bought it forward.

One day I would like to do a nice quite slow trip home. Cheers Bear

Congratulations to all on the birth of a Grandchild.

We have had two of those type runs for home.  One from NSW mid coast and the other from Victoria.
