I think Maggie has been watching too many TV cooking shows.

I cooked a nice Thai Beef Massaman Curry for dinner last night however I got distracted and it stuck to the bottom of the wok and burnt a little.

When I served it up Maggie said, “Oh, caramelisation”.   Shocked Shocked Shocked

Yep, it was and enough left over for tonight.

It caught due to the sugar content in the recipe.
