Beef and Red Wine Casserole.


500 grams diced beef
100 grams sliced mushrooms
200 mls red wine
Packet of Beef and Red mix.

Brown the beef in a 8 inch CO
Add the mushroom and saiutee.
Add the packet mix and wine.
Simmer on a low hear for about 60 mins till tender.

Serve with your choice of veges.

Just took some time to put some of my challenge recipes in the appropriate recipe sections.

Beef and Red wine Casserole packet from Maggi or other similar.
