I have a new bird in the garden.  I am calling it for a juvenile male White-winged Triller.  His full black feathering not complete on neck and back

First spotted him yesterday however he was still around today and managed a couple of photos and a quick video.

Blowing a gale again out here but he seems quite happy flitting around the shrubs.

Apologies for the weird sound on the video.  It is the slide on the Tele lens.

Good one; it looks like he is still getting his black colouring.

Last week we had five Pale-headed Rosella eggs in the nest box.  Yesterday three young and still one egg.

I am only checking once a week

HI Derek
The Little Corella looks like busy hunter for something to eat.
I hope you enjoyed the time away.
regards Kev.

Had a female Zebra Finch flying with the Double-bars today.

They are not usually seen around here so not ruling it out as an aviary escapee just yet until I see a few more.

Hi Derek
I will keep my fingers crossed that it is not an escapee.
