Ingredients
Lammbraten
Boneless leg of lamb
2 lemons
5 sprigs rosemary
1 diced onion
Heaps of garlic
Salt and pepper
Apfel-minz Geschmack
2 apples
1 lemon
Mint jelly
1 teaspoon sugar
Water

Method
Lammbraten - cut the lemons in half and squeeze the juice into a glass baking dish. Slice one of the squeezed lemons and lay in the base of the dish, with a couple of sprigs of rosemary, half of the diced onion and half of the garlic. Place the meat on top and smear the remaining rosemary, garlic and onion on top. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Place meat on a warm grill and cook slowly with the lid down for about an hour, then move onto a hotplate and cook until medium rare.
Apfel-minz Gescmack - place 2 cups of water into a dish and squeeze the juice from the lemon in, straining out the seeds. Dice the apples and soak in the lemon/water mix for 10 minutes. Strain off the liquid and mix in the mint jelly and sugar, crushing the apple pieces a bit as well. Serve next to your lamb
