Ingredients
Squid
Onions
Fresh tomato
Red wine (I subbed with chicken stock)
Garlic
Fresh herbs
Tomato paste

Method
Dice onions, tomato and garlic. Heat some oil in a camp oven, add the onions and garlic and saute for a few minutes. Add a handful of fresh herbs (I used thyme and parsley). Add the squid and cook for another couple of minutes. Add the tomato, a teaspoon of tomato paste, a cup of red wine or stock and a generous amount of pepper. Bring to a simmer for a few minutes and serve
