Ingredients
Boneless pork shoulder
Onions
BBQ sauce
Paprika
Vege stock
Pepper and salt
Coleslaw
Jalapenos
Flat bread or brioche buns

Method
Place pork shoulder and sliced onions into camp oven. Put about a tablespoon of paprika on top, as well as a teaspoon each of salt and pepper and a couple of teaspoons of stock powder. Squirt around half a cup of BBQ sauce on top and fill with water until the meat is about 3/4 submerged. Bake in a reasonably hot oven. After an hour, remove the skin, turn the meat over and cut into 3 or 4 pieces. Continue cooking for another 2 - 3 hours. Pull the meat using a couple of forks and mix with some BBQ sauce, serve and enjoy
