Ingredients
Diced mushrooms
Crushed garlic
Can of coconut milk
400mL chicken stock

Method
Preheat a small amount of oil in a camp oven. Add mushrooms and garlic and saute until softened. Add coconut milk and stock. Simmer for about 5 minutes to infuse the flavours. Enjoy with fresh bread
