Ingredients
5 egg whites
1 cup caster sugar
2 teaspoons cornflour
1 teaspoon vinegar

Method
Beat the egg whites until they are fluffy. Add the rest of the ingredients and beat until the mix is smooth and forms soft peaks. Put onto a tray and form a cake shaped thing.
Place in a preheated camp oven. I used a 16" inch oven with 18 beads on top and 6 underneath. Avoid the temptation to have a look and leave it for a couple of hours until the beads have burnt out and the oven is starting to cool.
Top with whipped cream and whatever fruit you desire
