Simple pies with leftovers.

Grease some pie tins and line with puff pastry. I use small spring loaded cake tins and like to crimp the pastry around to make it nice and thick

...

Part fill with the chicken curry

...

Top up with cooked rice

...

Put on the top, crimp, apply an egg wash and cut some steam holes

...

Into a hot oven for around 50 minutes until nice and brown (I have cooked these in a camp oven, Weber Q, Hooded BBQ and the oven at home)

...

I prefer to eat mine by cutting into it

...

Whereas Maggie likes to remove the top and eat like a pot pie

...
