Add 3 medium mashed potatos

Method
Last year I walked into Aldi and picked up several different types of small oven proof dishes. Size in the photo is rather deceptive as they are a shallow dish and ideal for one person

First place the steak and mushrooms in the dish

Place mash on top

Grease the top edge of the dish with butter, place a layer of pastry over, lightly crimp the edges, cut some steam holes and apply an egg wash

Into a hot camp oven, Weber Q BBQ, Hooded BBQ or the oven at home and cook for around 50 minutes until crisp and golden

Now they could be a meal on their own but everyone needs their greens and in our case steamed fresh green beans and broccolini
