I believe having this type of COG  gives people who are unable to attend a COG like  at Alstonville  have another way to  show off their cooking skills to other members.

I agree Kevvie.
Not quite the  same comraderie as our previos COGs, but good fun and connection. Saves a heap on fuel costs as well.

Ive had a go at replacing the prawns with chicken and that works pretty well also.
