Just to keep going, here was last nights dinner.  Pies made from leftover beef stew and sweet potato chips.

Did anyone watch Better Homes and Gardens on Friday night?  I am making that prune and custard tart in a camp oven this afternoon.

Happy Easter!

We got up early, got the camp oven cranking and turned out a cheesy bacon damper. Had it and coffee while watching a battle royale between lorikeets, then had a visit from some yellow tailed black cockatoos.  Not a bad start to a day.

Going to cook a roast pork in the Weber later and a hot cross bun bread and butter pudding in a camp oven.

What is everyone else up to?
