Pork is on. Nice piece of boned leg. Cooking for three hours so dinner at 6.00 tonight.

Was on special at $8.50 a kilo so happy with that. Going to be a few meals there as well as sandwiches for lunch. Can never get sick of this stuff Cool

This was my effort last night, Scotch eggs, I had the sausage mince to make these for nibbles camping over Easter, but used them for dinner instead.

That is my Albion 10 inch.
I do most of my cooking in it.
That foil dish had to be reduced around the top to fit in.
