Looks nice. We had chips, peas and a fried egg.  Dipped chips on the egg yolk.

No photos.

Breakfast a bit different today decided on toast with cheese, semi dried tomato and hot salami. Grilled it under the sandwich maker and came out great.

The tomato’s were very intense in flavour and glad I only chopped a couple for each piece of toast. Cheers

Pork Belly tonight.
Local butcher had it for $8.99 a kilo.
Couldn’t let that slip, so we got a 4 kg side.
Enough for 4 cooks.

Dried out in the fridge overnight.  A little oil and rock salt.
After the heat bead fail it got a touch burnt in the bbq following Hetty’s ambiguous intervention.
