I cook a lot of different bean recipes and The Camellia brand beans is on of the largest producers of beans.. this is their site with lots of recipes enjoy.

Some interesting recipes there.
Finding the beans can be a issue.
Particularly those not canned
Great winter food
My mum made a brown bean soup with oxtail.
My sisters and I fight over cleaning the pan
Also provided some serious flatulent.

Health food shops are places you can get quite a few different types of dry beans although my local Woolies in the International Foods aisle does have around half a dozen different types.

Check out any Indian food storeS near you, I buy a lot of my beans, flour and rice plus spices from them. They will always have blackeye beans there.

I buy bulk and vacuum seal, beans always in 500g bags as most bean recipes are 1lb of beans.

Also a lot of good recipes on Youtube. Cheers
