Talking to Murray and he sent me a link for this video for making brawn.  Brawn is not everyone’s cup of tea but some of us love this sort of thing.

After watching the video Maggie gave it the thumbs up so will give it a go before too long.

I made it many years ago but used a pigs head.  This looks much more simple and for Maggie more palatable.  I don’t think I would get away with boiling up a pigs head at home.  Grin

Derek I used pig heads as well got them from the free ranger bloke we use to buy our pork from.
