About 50 klm south of the Qld border at North Star Roadside Rest Area on the Newell Highway for the night.

Border permits are still valid for tomorrow so will be home to a lockdown in the afternoon.

Made it home.  There was no border patrol to check our permits when we came through at Goondiwindi.

Hi Derek
Good on you mate.
they must have had something set up like a camera car somewhere to recognize the rego plates of the baddies from the goodies. I see they have some type set up on the gold coast at the border that apparently does that.
regards Kev Wink

I really feel for the people of NSW at present especially those in the Sydney area.

44 new cases of COVID overnight and 29 of those have been in the community while infected so we will see a lot more in coming days.

I know it has been talked about and I can see hard borders possibly on the way that will shut NSW off to the rest of the country.

Sad and difficult times

A lot are not helping themselves or others by going out when not needed. I’m alright Jack and stuff yo seems to be the atitude of too many in NSW and those who try suffer because of it.
