Not yet, still looking.  That is a deep 10” Camp Chef with legs and they just fit inside.

Makes it difficult because I cannot use a diffuser and hard to keep a simmer going.

Just finished dinner.  I trimmed it as best I could but the lamb was a bit more fatty than I would have liked but the flavour was superb.

I have found a recipe for Sticky Date Golden Syrup Dumplings that I will cook up tomorrow.

Eaten a lot this weekend and have heaps of leftovers.

To everyone who cooked over the weekend  thank you. It is credit to you all. Thank you for putting up your photos onto the forum to share your cooking with us  non cooking people especially me.
I was lucky to share the weekend's  COG experience on Saturday with Aart , thanks again Aart.
I am looking to being able to try any recipes which come available from the week end.
