Last week when in Woolies I went to get some marmalade.  I do like St Dalfours Jams that are made in France.  They are made with no cane sugar and use concentrated fruit juices for the sweetness.

Alongside the marmalade was a jar of apple and cinnamon jam which looked quite inviting so I popped one in the trolley.

Had some on toast for brekkies and my immediate thought was, this would go wonderfully with roast pork.

This morning while shopping boneless pork leg was on special so it was a roast pork dinner tonight.

I am telling you, if you like pork and apple sauce you have just got to try this stuff.  Absolutely amazing.

No it wasn’t camp oven or outdoor cooking just beautiful food.
