But if you use chicken you will deprive yourself of the joy of interrupting your meal to pick out the millions of bones that flying foxes seem to have Smiley

One of my favourite restaurants, L'Houstalet in Port Vila, has it as one of their specialities. It is, bar none, the richest dish I have ever eaten.

I bagged up my first bunch of bananas this morning.  It has six hands of bananas on it.  The second one is still opening and so far has seven hands and expect a couple more.

I do think the first one could have got more hands but we had that extreme wet weather period and the flower stopped opening.

Happy so far.

Good to get them bagged so unwanted visitors don't get them.

My latest little project.  Garden bed with a hass avocado in the middle surrounded by six blueberry bushes.

I am told the blueberries from next year could get 8 kilos of fruit each.  That is a lot of blueberry jam.  Grin

The first of our home grown grapes.  They look a bit scruffy but considering that they shouldn’t have even fruited the first year I am quite excited.  The taste is amazing.

I haven't had home grown grapes since I was a kid. Enjoy them!
