Two bunches of home grown organic ladyfinger bananas.  Going to be visiting and giving some of these away.

They are beautifully sweet.

We were away this week and the flying foxes destroyed a whole hand on the bunch that has ripe ones.

Quite excited.

This second bunch of bananas that I cut green have been ripening quite nicely while we were away for the week.

No flying foxes got them in the outdoor cooking area.   Cheesy

Now that I know bananas will grow here I am thinking of finding room for some Red Dacca and Blue Java bananas.

No other reason than because I can but the blue ones are alleged to taste a bit like vanilla ice cream.

Need to find a space where I can control them.  Smiley
