So if this Macquarie Woods COG goes ahead will it be replacing Alstonville COG?

Expect it to be a second COG Shackles  but not 100% on that. Cheers

My intention was to keep the annual Alstonville COG going but also to have another one early in the new year somewhere else.

This is the Macquarie Woods site that Rob mentioned above.

Need to be self contained.

Looks good.

Things will need to get a lot better before I cross any state borders.
What's just happened here (SA) is a prime  example of how quickly things can change.
Anyhow back to the line up for some dunny paper.  Smiley

Brian I agree no border crossing for awhile Aldi and Drakes for dunny paper or go on line to Who Gives a Crap and order a box of 48 double length rolls.
We just put a new order in the morning of the new restrictions, should be here today. Cheers Robert

Have changed the title of this thread because at this stage we really do not know what could happen with restrictions and border closures.

Cheers

I watched this location on Y/Tube yesterday and what I saw it gets well used by a number of groups.

Temp hit 38deg in Sydney today  (28 Nov)and it's not officially summertime yet, we're in for a long hot summer and Macquarie Woods is on the Western Plains and it gets very hot there. Remember that M. Woods is in the middle of some huge pine plantations plus total fire bans around February so it would be a COG with-out fires, still keen ?

When I die I hope my missus doesn't sell my camp ovens  for what I told her I paid for them. pd
