The new bread tin arrived, I have used it indoors to try it out.
This is with a 400gram flour mix and It is still waiting to cool before slicing.

I don't  know why you just don't turn the tin upside down  instead of using  lided tin.

For the first try I am happy, the crust is a little soft, I think another couple of minutes in the oven would have fixed that.

I gave mine an extra 5 minutes and it made the world of a difference.
