For what its worth Aart ..I agree with Derek...ditch the foil container .....I dont do a lot of pork and when a do I do it arse backward  to what most people will tell you...I go pretty hard at the beginning but stack a heap of heat on at the very end to get the crackle to crackle.
One trick that I have used for ages is in an old post here by "Skip" I swear by that method, its quite simple ..it involves a kettle and boiling water. You will find it if you look around Im sure.
