Just mixed a batch of dough for a couple of Vienna style loaves.

Haven’t made bread for a while so expect that the flour may be out of date and the yeast has been sitting in the fridge for ever so will see how it turns out.

I often put the bowl of dough in a sink of reasonably hot water for the first rise.  Really helps it.

Risen and pushing the glad wrap up so first rise perfect.  Now to shape into a couple of loaves and let it rise again.

Howzat!!!!

What got me started on this today was Maggie asked what is for dinner.  I said it was left over cottage pie.  She said there won’t be enough.

Plenty now with fresh crusty bread.  Grin Grin Grin
