Hello,
I am looking for some advice on how to season my aluminium jaffle irons please.
Seems to be lots of information on google re cast iron seasoning but not so much about aluminium.
Thanks in advance.
Bill.

Aluminium jaffle irons do not need seasoning.  Same with the aluminium camp ovens.  Just use them.

Been using aluminium jaffle irons for years and never seasoned one yet. In fact I give them a spray with one of the caustic oven cleaners every now and then to remove the build up of baked butter/fat off them.
