Mixed up a batch of dough this morning.  Will sit in the fridge for a couple of days now.

Going to cook this on the Weber BabyQ so will be interesting how it goes.

Was getting milk out of the fridge for a coffee before and happened to notice how much the dough has risen.

Even in the cold of the fridge it is well over double it’s size.

Might use it today.

It has been a little chilly down here and when I decided to make the focaccia yesterday there was a nasty breeze and around 4 degrees.  Didn’t think the Weber BabyQ outside was going to make it however it did get just up over 200 degrees so I went for it

The dough certainly did the right thing and rose amazingly in the fridge over three days.  I only used half of it.

Topped it with oregano and thyme for an Italian taste and it turned out quite good.

To get the second rise on the dough after the fridge I put the pan in the sink with some hot water.

Very difficult not to hog into it all at once

The focaccia looks good to me, the cold won’t help you cooking though.
We are thinking of going away for a few days camping soon, so I might have a go at making a focaccia myself while we are away. I have the extra fridge space now. Smiley
