If you are going to have avocado and salmon with a poached egg make it a good one.  Home made of course.

Hi Derek
Looks like a good simple breakfast.
Did you use any of the tiny avocados

Not yet.  Should start ripening in a couple of days.

Something different today.  We really do love our salmon in all forms although a bit wary on sashimi or raw as have had a few too many not so fresh ones.

This is a new brand today from Woolies that I have never seen before and was 40% off.  It isn’t Tasmanian but Norwegian.  Four nice thick slices in a 100gram pack.

10/10 from me and Maggie.

I have an Aldi smoked salmon on bagels with spreadable cream cheese, couple of times a week.
The thinner the slice, more the flavour.

Home made sourdough toast, home cured bacon and fresh free range eggs from a friend.

Doesn’t get much better.

Just finished a late brunch.  Pancakes, cream, blueberrys, raspberrys and maple syrup.  Better than any cafe.  😊

Easter Friday is a time when we eat fish so what better way to start the weekend than with a brace of grilled Scottish Smoked Kippers.

Home cured and smoked bacon, home made Italian chipolata sausages, free range home grown eggs from a friend and Lockyer Valley grown tomatoes.

That’ll do me until dinner.   Roll Eyes
