I tried to get liver the other day, but none in the IGA shop. They normally have liver on the shelf. Sad

My IGA is where I get my kidney from these days. This liver came from Woolies.

A simple but delicious late brunch.

Dark crunchy toast. Scrambled eggs with parsley, a dollop of cream, a grating of parmesan, salt & pepper. Cool

Recently found someone not far from home who has more chooks than he needs. Result is he is happy to sell the excess eggs for $2 a dozen.

So I have been buying these nice large free range eggs.

Soft boiled eggs and toastie soldiers make a nice brunch.

A simple brunch just like that. Toast and sprats. No butter needed on the bread.

Full of omega 3 oils. [smiley=chef.gif]

Hi Derek
They look pretty good. I think I would prefer them in tomato
sauce
