Toast, avocado and sprouts. Nice and healthy brunch.

I think any vegan would be happy with that. Grin

Recently found someone not far from home who has more chooks than he needs. Result is he is happy to sell the excess eggs for $2 a dozen.

So I have been buying these nice large free range eggs.

Soft boiled eggs and toastie soldiers make a nice brunch.

My egg man came good again today. Two dozen at $2 a dozen. Some of them jumbo size.

These were on a half price special at our local Woolies last week.

Nice kippers, two nice fillets in this tin. Not smoked.

Great on toast for brekkies or brunch as these were.

Oily fish is good for you.

Inspired by Kevvie for telling me the tomato sauce flavoured ones are good.

But alas, they only get a 2 out of 10 from me. The tomato overpowers the flavour of the fish.

Sorry Kevvie.

People tell me I have some weird eating habits but I cannot see it myself. This was breakfast today.

I must admit that in her defence Maggie had a bowl of muesli. Cheesy
