I use a relatively small flame and keep opening to check. I would say 3 - 4 minutes a side.

Breakfast for the wife, a hard day ahead in the office.

Home made baked beans and home made ham, mushrooms in butter and balsamic vinegar, eggs and toast.

Aart, if no Balsamic then Worcestershire Sauce is a good option.  Both give a lovely tang to the mushrooms but not too much though.

Simple one of egg and bacon on toasted Turkish Bread.  No home made bread left so picked this up yesterday.

I do however have a focaccia dough brewing in the fridge.
