This could well be my last batch of rum balls for this year. 32 in this lot. MInd you we do have the Brady Bunch as a family with all their offspring.

Once again a simple recipe. Just mix it all together, roll into balls and then roll in coconut. These ones are made with the finer desiccated coconut.

250g packet of Milk Arrowroot biscuits
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
395g can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons extra rum
2/3 cup sultanas that have been marinating in rum for several days
Extra coconut for rolling

I expect Maggie and I may “drop in” for a few before Christmas. Grin

I have put these up on our Facebook Group. Quite a few people making them gluten free using the gluten free weet-bix. Might be worth a go for you Kev.
