Love using my Bedourie camp oven for pastry so pulled it out for this Christmas Special.

Ingredients
Shortcrust Pastry
Marzipan
Fruit Mince
Cranberries
Icing Sugar

Method
Grease pie flan and press a sheet of pastry into it.  Grate marzipan and sprinkle over base.  Spread over fruit mince then sprinkle with cranberries.  Slice pastry into strips and weave over the top.

Press the sides down to seal.  Bake for around 45 minutes until nice and browned.

Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve with ice cream.
