I reckon you could cook this in any cooking device.

I had some marzipan and fruit mince left over from Christmas.

Took a sheet of puff pastry and cut a large round out of it using a dinner plate as a template.

Grated marzipan into the middle and piled up some fruit mince then folded it over.

Gave it an egg wash and sprinkled sugar on top and into the oven until brown and crispy.

Served with some vanilla ice cream.  Cheesy
