Cooked up a nice Thai Beef Massaman Curry the other day.

Instead of just heating the leftovers up in the microwave I decided to turn it into pies.

The good thing about these little springform cake tins is that they make a nice deep pie just like a pot pie yet you get to eat the pot.   Grin

Did you get those 2 pies out of one sheet pastry? They look great.

Three sheets.  One each for the lining of the tin and one for the tops.

Hi Derek
The pies look great. YUM
Aldi had those cake tins for $5. The next week they were down to $2. I said no I don't need any. Got home lesley said you should have got them. So went back and they all had gone. Sad
Now waiting for their return.
regards Kev. Wink
