Found this online and thought, why is it getting so hard to find oxtail these days. I rarely see it in supermarkets or butchers.

It got me thinking when we last had it and I think it was while we were camped beside the Murray River. Made an oxtail stew in a camp oven on the Ozpig and bought the meat from a butcher at Rutherglen.

I do like that clay pot as well
