In the process of cleaning the motorhome I have found a sprinkling of mice poo.

Only place I can find where they could have come in is this gas vent down in the step well.  Pulled it off and no covering on it.

Now has fly mesh over the inside.

Also four mouse traps strategically around inside

Coincidentally we found mouse poop in the garage yesterday.

Set a trap baited with peanut butter and had to clear it twice before I went to bed, then once more this morning.

It appears they were eating the bulk bags of cat litter, which is made of rice hulls.

I cleared that mess up, put out some more traps and a few make-up patches dripped with peppermint oil to deter them. If nothing else the garage smells nice now.

Two dead mice this morning.  We are heading off tomorrow so will leave the traps until then.
