My wife has had to head over to central west NSW due to a death in the family.

So I am 'batching it' for a week or so.

Is it strange that some of my cast iron cookware has mysteriously migrated from the outdoor kitchen to the indoor one?

Not at all. We had gas in the old house and often used to use the camp ovens on the stove top.

The new house has a ceramic stove top and the legs on the camp ovens prevent them heating up. Cast iron skillets work ok though. Cheesy
