Maggie and I are celebrating as we look towards the next chapter in our retirement.

We had decided to sell our motorhome a while back and go back to a four wheel drive vehicle and a caravan.

Reason being is that there are so many places that we went to previously with our caravans and so many places we still want to go where the small motorhome just won’t take us.

Yesterday we dropped a deposit on a new Ford Ranger Wildtrak in the luxe yellow colour same as in in the photo.  Delivery is not likely to happen until the new year.

In the next couple of weeks we also expect to finalise what caravan we will get.  That will also take until the new year to be manufactured.

But tonight we are celebrating and the Moλt is flowing.   Cheesy Cheesy

It is going to be a bit of a waiting time for the new vehicle and caravan, are you going to keep the motorhome until you get the van?

No John, so we don’t expect to do any travel until then.

Motorhome going in for it’s 5 year service next week then a bit of a tidy and on the market.

Bit of an update.

Received a call today from Ford and we have been given a November build date with an expected delivery of December/January.

Quite excited with that.

On a downward note. Ron Wilson told me the other day it is the same colour as his.   Grin Grin Grin Grin

The waiting may not be the best but you can look forward to the travels after they arrive.  Smiley

main problem with motorhomes is if you forgot to get something you have to pack up and go get it...I know Derek had a small car dragged behind
