Even when you are crook you need to eat so dragged myself out of bed and did some earlycooking for dinner. 

Had some labs fry in the fridge that needed to be eaten so decided to cook it up with some bacon.

No real recipe.  Cook the bacon.  Slice the liver and dust with flour before cooking in the bacon fat.

Make a gravy in the same pan with all the drippings then return the bacon and liver to the pan.

Nice served for breakfast on it’s own or with mashed potato for dinner.

Always been a favourite at our COG’s this.  I know I have cooked it as has Rob.

Geez you must be doing well for yourself...

Looked to grab some lamb's fry last weekend - it was over $12 for a prepacked blob on the supermarket shelf!

Went to a smokehouse butcher and got some kassler chops instead.
