Hi
had our booster jabs on wednesday just past
the last few days we have not been well at all. So this morning I made chicken soup
So with some chicken wings, plenty of potatoes, carrots, celery, onions and fresh parsley from the garden chicken and spaghetti I made it. It turned out very good.
It is surprising how good  it makes you feel when your unwell
I am off to have some more soup Cheesy
regards Kev

It tastes pretty good after two days of not wanting to eat.

Baked a couple of small breadsticks to go with our soup for dinner.

Then I spied all the veggies in the fridge that were getting towards or past their use by date so cooked up a creamy vegetable soup.

It is predominantly celery, potato and pumpkin with a few spices thrown in.  Chicken stock base and a cup of cream.   Smiley

Going to freeze the soup but now after washing up I am buggerred.   Embarrassed
