They are all gorn. Don’t last long do they.

There was 300 ml of cream in the filling and I may have beat it a bit long. Think it was about to turn into butter. Grin

Two things to do better. The one above where I over beat the filling and I cut the pastry to fit the tin I was making it in and the pastry shrunk while cooking.
