Ingredients
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
700 g Pork Shoulder diced
1 Onion peeled and thinly sliced
2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
250 g Chorizo, chopped
1 tablespoon Smoked Paprika
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 cup chicken stock
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 tin white beans, drained
Salt and Pepper

Method
Brown pork in hot camp oven in oil. Set aside.

Add onion, garlic and chorizo to oven and cook until chorizo starts to release oils. Stir through oregano and paprika then add chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, chicken stock, beans and browned pork.

Season to taste and simmer for 50 minutes.

We served this with crusty bread
