The creation of a top nosh breakfast jaffle.

Layered as follows - egg & cracked black pepper, bacon, black pudding, mushrooms, Swiss cheese.

Top goes on and closes.  This jaffle iron pretty well cuts the edges of the bread so just trimmed off.

Onto a slow gas heat and voila!!!

Yes I did precook the bacon, black pudding and mushrooms.
