Dinner last night.

Often when travelling we will grab this type of curry kit from the supermarket.  Have cooked them indoors and outdoors and they usually are a good size for two people.

There are plenty of different brands now and they have everything you need in separate packets with instructions inside to make a very nice curry.  All you need to do is add vegetables and meat or seafood.

This one is a Keralan Coconut Curry.  I added from the freezer 200gm of prawn cutlets and 100gms of scallops to make a seafood curry.

On this occasion I chose to pull out my trusty mortar and pestle and ground the whole spices.  You do not have to do this as you can use the spices whole.

Most only have three or four steps in the cooking process so just follow the instruction.
