Breakfast this morning followed the recipe from the Low Carb Kitchen book and added some chopped home made bacon.

That sure looks nice with the eggs perfectly cooked but my tummy would erupt if I fed it chilli for breakfast.

That looks very like Huevos rancheros (Ranch eggs) a bit of a Mexican staple and one I do in winter. (In little cast iron pots).

By the By, these are the "mini camp ovens" I use.  They're also perfect for Gambas Al Ajillo (Spanish style Garlic Prawns)

Similar to garlic prawn pots that I have.
