This was interesting.  Just a huge big roof with two water tanks under it for travellers.

Can even eat a smaller caravan under there.

Naturally only fills up when it rains.  Sign says boil water before drinking. One tank had water in it however I found the tap open on the second and it was dry.

Been there a long time as heaps of rust in the roof.

It is about 80 klm into WA.

Today we have crossed the border back into South Australia.  Currently about 10 klm inside.

Staying at a little free roadside camp but one of those ones where tracks just keep heading off everywhere.

No facilities here.

Had to adjust all the clocks to South Australia time.  😊

On the right.  Coast side.

Just had a Nanna nap and about a dozen others here now.

Not from the motorhome.  Can walk down to the coast though.

Another 10 minutes up the road and you see the coast.

Saw one of these Splendid Fairywrens at Augusta on the far south coast of WA.

The most brilliant blue colours you would ever see on a bird.

I saw a pair in the grounds of the RAC Park at Busselton. My first as well.

Stopped at the Nullarbor Roadhouse earlier.  Last two photos are it today however the first ones are the preserved old roadhouse.

Maggie seems to remember this being the roadhouse here when she came through here on the old dirt road in the early 70’s.

Diesel was $2.99 a litre and plain hamburgers $18.50.   Shocked
