Have been having trouble with my van fridge not going below 8c in the food cabinet. After a struggle to get it out I set it up in the garage to run and compressor would not run. Power to the light but compressor not going.

Always thought I had a 165 litre but turned out to be a 128 litre.
Tried ti find a 240v fridge around 165 litre that would fit in the space but all too wide.

Ended up ordering another 12 volt compressor fridge at 165 litres.

Should be here by next Thursday so will post some photos of the restall. Cheers Robert

I have often wondered about the benefits of a 240/12 volt fridge in our motorhome but so far have no reason to complain about the three way one.

Hi Derek it is a Mishto just a generic 12 volt compressor fridge on ebay. The seller sells them through Catch.com and other sites as well. Only one at the size I could find to fit my fridge space. The width was the problem as Molly did not want me to move the 5oilet wall.

Would have liked a normal 240v compressor fridge but all just too wide. Cheers Robert

As I ordered late Friday the Fridge did not ship until Monday morning from Melbourne. Arrived here yesterday.

Unpacked to check for damage and wrong size fridge, too #mall.
Expected a bung fight but no problems. Their mistake please repack and we will order pick up and send you a shipping list and associated papers.

So repacked, shipping list on and pick up ordered for friday should be sending correct fridge by weeks end.

Just puts a bit behind for any trips this month but not too bad as have a couple of heart checks now. Cheers Robert.

What a nuisance. At least you can do it yourself and not have to worry about gas certification.
