Have heard some wonderful things regarding smoked mac and cheese so figured I'd give it a go along with some smoked Aldi sausages I picked. Great little meal

I know I am most likely missing out on something but I don’t think I have ever eaten mac and cheese.

That looks yummy.

I've had Mac and Cheese in the USA and on some cruise ships. Always found it too salty. Otherwise didn't mind it.
Smoked snags would be delicious.
Must check out Aldi for them.
